rinkats is software used online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
No physical product is shipped
rinkats does not ship any physical product. Everything you buy on rinkats (plans, additional seats and credit packs) is delivered to your workspace online. There is no shipping, no courier and no shipping charge.
When you get what you bought
- A plan, seats or credits are applied to your workspace as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes. The receipt is emailed to the address that made the payment.
- A trial workspace is ready as soon as you confirm your email address with the code we send.
- Access is through your web browser at rinkats.com, from anywhere, once you sign in.
If something does not arrive
If a successful payment has not reached your workspace within 24 hours, write to support@rinkats.com with the payment reference from your receipt. We will apply it, or refund it in full under our cancellation and refund policy.
