Agent skills

A skill is a SKILL.md file — YAML frontmatter naming it plus markdown instructions — that any agent can download and load to learn how to work one section of rinkats. Skills are split by workflow so an agent only carries what its job needs; each one covers the relevant MCP tools, REST endpoints, and the hard business rules the server enforces.

Install into an agent

Download the file into your agent's skills directory. Claude-style agents keep a folder per skill with aSKILL.md inside it.

mkdir -p skills/rinkats-recruiting curl -o skills/rinkats-recruiting/SKILL.md \ https://www.rinkats.com/skills/rinkats-recruiting/SKILL.md

The machine-readable catalog lives at /skills/index.json — fetch it to discover skills programmatically. Skills reference the same API surface documented here, so pair them with an API key of the right scope.

Every skill now carries the organization contract: a credential is bound to one organization, data never crosses organizations, and an agent should ask which organization to work in rather than guess. See Authentication for the details.

Versioning. Skills are updated alongside the product. Re-download periodically, or re-fetch when a call fails in a way the skill didn't predict — the live file always matches the deployed API.
