About the role
Role focus: End-to-end engineering migration of Azure Repos and Azure Pipelines to GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

migration dependencies.
2. Migrate Azure Repos with version history and required repository metadata to designated greenfield GitHub Enterprise
Cloud organizations.
3. Convert Azure Pipelines YAML/classic build and release definitions into secure GitHub Actions workflows and reusable
actions.
4. Reconfigure pipeline approvals, secrets, service principals, environments, branch policies and deployment gates in GitHub.
5. Plan and execute repository/pipeline migration waves, cutover, smoke testing, acceptance checks, and documented
rollback.
6. Adapt build scripts, Terraform pipelines, Dockerfiles and Artifactory package URLs to approved internal endpoints and
ChainGuard sources.
7. Use GitHub runners, Azure DevOps agents, Git, APIs and scripting to independently troubleshoot migration and CI/CD
issues.
8. Apply Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Bash/PowerShell/Python, AWS and JFrog consumer integration skills to validate application
builds.
9. Partner directly with application/repository owners to capture requirements, arrange migration windows and confirm
functional sign-off.
10. Attend daily scrum, maintain migration status and ServiceNow tasks/changes, respond to P1/P2 issues and provide RCA
documentation when needed.
Delivery expectations: Independent hands-on coding, direct customer/repository-owner collaboration, flexible overlap with
4–10 PM IST meetings, clear documentation and completed migration validation.
Preferred: Relevant Artifactory, GitHub, Azure, AWS, Terraform or Kubernetes certifications; financial-services change-control
