Design and implement moderately complex features with minimal supervision
Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on architecture decisions
Actively use AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development — scaffolding features, writing tests, reviewing code, and debugging
Leverage AI tooling to iterate quickly, reduce boilerplate, and ship production-ready code at higher velocity
Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and adherence to team standards before merging
Debug and troubleshoot efficiently, with well-reasoned solutions
